Lazio President Claudio Lotito has revealed that the club are yet to receive any offers for striker Mauro Zarate.

In recent days the Argentinian frontman has been strongly linked with a transfer to Paris Saint Germain, while Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini is also said to be monitoring the situation closely.

The 24-year old is thought to be keen on a move away from the Stadio Olimpico, but Lotito has stated that there have been no offers forthcoming for the player.

“We have not received any offers for Zarate,” said Lotito to Corriere dello Sport. “If a player does get an offer and the conditions are there to free him, Lazio will not put up any obstacles. We will evaluate those offers.”

Lazio Coach Edy Reja has already signed Miroslav Klose and Djibril Cisse this summer, taking the number of strikers in the squad to eight. Zarate found the net on nine occasions last season is contracted with the club until 2014.
