Roma have officially signed Barcelona's Bojan Krkić for a fee of €12 million though the reigninig European champions have included an obligatory buy-back clause of €13 million for the summer of 2013.

Bojan was widely expected to sign for Roma for almost the past two months but Barcelona were waiting to finalize a deal for Udinese's Alexis Sanchez before letting the Spanish youngster leave.

The 20-year old will reunite with his former Coach from his Barcelona B days in the form of Luis Enrique who is said to be one of the major factors in bringing him to Italy.

During his time with the Catalans, Bojan made 104 appearances for the senior team scoring 26 goals. His arrival may allow the Giallorossi to let go of Jeremy Menez who is rumored to be discontent in the capital.

Krkić becomes Roma's third signing of the summer after they previously secured the services of Spanish left-back Jose Angel and Argentina's promising forward Erik Lamela.
