Catania face Napoli on Saturday but it is not just the action on the pitch that is exciting Giuseppe Buonanno the Sicilian clubs sporting director.

Speaking to radio station Marte Sport Live, Buonanno was keen to point out the model for success that the Neapolitan club appear to have found and how he would look to emulate it. “To get a result against Napoli would mean a lot to the club. We will deal with them with the upmost respect. They are an example for us; they are a great side with humility.”

The Catania director also praised current coach Vincenzo Montella for his inspiration skills. “We are delighted with his work this season. They players are doing their upmost to win a jersey and this is the secret of why are team is of a good standard. He is transmitting the values of a great former player onto the team.”
