Giovinco urges Parma forward

Monday 06 February 2012

Sebastian Giovinco says Parma must continue to give their all in order to retain their Serie A status.

Speaking to Sky after their 2-1 win away at Chievo, in which Giovinco opened the scoring, the Italian international says the Ducali must find winning consistency.

“A great match, this victory gives us greater serenity. Now we have to find continuity in our results and let’s not forget we have a game in hand.”

Parma are currently 12th on 27 points, ten clear of relegation. Like teams around them, their midweek clash was snowed off.

“Looking ahead, our objective continues to be safety, but we have to give our all and then see where that puts us.”
